Dennis Fotinos – President & Chief Executive Officer

Dennis Fotinos served as Chairman of the Board of the Toronto District Heating Corporation between 1998 and 2000. In this capacity, he initiated and executed the corporate re-organization that created Enwave Energy Corporation.

In 2000, Mr. Fotinos joined the management team of the new company as Executive Vice President, Business Development where he developed and implemented the sales and marketing strategy that brought Enwave's capabilities to market. In 2001, he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer.

As CEO, Mr. Fotinos entrepreneurial drive has guided the company to profitability during a period of high volatility and transition in the energy market. Under his leadership, Enwave developed the world-renowned Deep Lake Water Cooling project, sold all its heating and cooling capacity and established its reputation as a leading corporate citizen by supporting the arts, education and various social causes.

Mr. Fotinos has a BA in International Relations from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and Schulich School of Business. He served as an elected member of regional and local governments in the City of Toronto from 1991 to 1999.

Mr. Fotinos is an active member in the Toronto community and has committed his time and energy over the years to a number of professional and charitable organizations ranging from the National Ballet of Canada, the Ontario Lung Association and the Children's Aid Society. He currently serves on the Board of the International District Energy Association.

Krishnan Iyer – Chief Financial Officer

Executive VP, Company Operations

Krishnan Iyer is responsible for Enwave's financial and administrative affairs. This includes raising capital for new business initiatives, pricing for heating and cooling services and maximizing shareholder value.

Prior to his appointment as CFO in 2003, Mr. Iyer spent five years as Enwave's Vice President, Finance. In that position, he played a key role in developing the company's new gas-purchasing and product-pricing strategy. Earlier, in 1999, he participated in the corporate restructuring process that established Enwave.

Mr. Iyer has extensive experience in treasury, controllership, and managerial accounting with various multinational corporations spanning 20 years on three continents. His career includes progressively senior positions in sectors ranging from manufacturing and distribution to retail and energy.

Mr. Iyer holds a Master of Commerce, a CPA designation from Illinois State University, and a CGA designation.

He is an active member of the Finance Executives Institute, the Toronto Board of Trade, the International District Energy Association, and the Enbridge Large Volume Customer Council.

Graham Harding – VP, Operations & Energy Services

Graham Harding joined Enwave in 1997. In 2003, his title of Vice President, Operations was expanded to include Energy Services as Enwave implemented its new customer focused business strategy. He is responsible for achieving cost-effective reliability and service excellence at Enwave's steam and chilled water plants and customer locations.

Under Mr. Harding's supervision, the operations division earned international recognition for excellence in the operation of energy conversion facilities, steam and chilled water production, distribution, and control. As part of his expanded responsibilities, Mr. Harding has used his experience and knowledge of system operations to guide a team of dedicated professionals who work with customers to optimize their respective building operations.

Mr. Harding and his team continue to work on improving efficiencies. He was also involved in commissioning the Simcoe Street Cooling Plant to accommodate Enwave's revolutionary new Deep Lake Water Cooling system.

Graham Harding is a Professional Engineer with a master's degree in applied science. He sits on the City of Toronto's Emergency Planning Committee and is a member of BOMA and IPPSO.

Robert Furlan – VP, Energy Supply Services

Mr. Dennis Fotinos, President and CEO of Enwave Energy Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Robert Furlan as Vice President Energy Supply Services. Mr. Furlan will be responsible for the overall efficiency of the district energy system and service to our customers. He will play a key role in ensuring that Enwave's Energy services are aligned with customer's current and future needs.

Mr. Furlan brings 15 years of senior operations experience from the manufacturing, health care and commercial property sectors. Prior to joining Enwave, he was the National Director, Green Services & Initiatives at Cadillac Fairview where he was instrumental in the connection of the Toronto Dominion Centre (TD Centre) to Enwave's Deep Lake Water Cooling System. Previously, in his earlier role as Director of Operations, he also led the largest commercial Energy retrofit in Canada at the TD Centre.

Mr. Furlan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO) and BOMA.

Alex Sotirov – VP, Engineering

Alex Sotirov has been VP of Engineering since April 2009. He originally joined Enwave in 1998 as Project Manager following 1 year of service with the Petro-Canada, Lake Ontario Refinery (Colt Engineering). His previous experience also includes Polysar Rubber (Bayer Ag Company), Atomic Energy of Canada Limited, Public Works and Government Services Canada and Ontario Hydro Nuclear Operations Western Division.

At Enwave, Mr. Sotirov was involved as a Project Manager in the design, construction and commissioning of the Simcoe Street Cooling Plant to accommodate Enwave's Deep Lake Water Cooling system during 4 stages of construction from 1998 to 2007. In addition he led installation and commissioning of 11 Mega Watt steam generators.

He provided technical and energy services to assist Enwave customers in optimizing the use of energy in their facilities during installation and commissioning of Enwave's cooling and heating services.

Mr. Sotirov has a Bachelor of Science (Mechanical Engineering) from the University of Waterloo.
