They are the brains behind the design, construction and operation of one of the most efficient district energy systems in the world (as recognized by the International District Energy Association).
Fastidious accountability
Enwave plant employees have over 1,000 person-years of experience in operating large industrial plants and extensive experience in all aspects of mechanical engineering. Our civil engineering team has over 30 years of experience overseeing or developing projects with financial and engineering accountability in both the public and private sectors.
Recruiting the finest young minds
While taking great pride in the capabilities of our experienced staff, Enwave is elevated by the capable young men and women who work in our engineering and corporate finance departments. Our support of Ontario universities has helped us to attract exceptional new talent. Young Enwave engineers are responsible for developing and implementing the state-of-the-art software that provides real-time monitoring of our heating and cooling systems. They are also researching and experimenting with biofuels as part of Enwave’s commitment to reduce its environmental footprint. These individuals make up the backbone of our Energy Services business, through which we work directly with customers to maximize operating efficiencies at their respective buildings.

Our finance team has extensive experience in commodities trading and pricing, financial analysis, cost accounting and auditing. This enables Enwave’s continued financial success, and our ability to provide our customers with the lowest priced heating and cooling in the marketplace.
