The diversified qualifications and capabilities of our staff enable Enwave to provide a wide array of services to our customers while designing, constructing and then operating one of the most efficient district energy systems in the world (as recognized by the International District Energy Association).

Enwave plant employees have over 1000 person years of experience in operating large industrial plants and extensive experience in all aspects of mechanical engineering. Our civil engineering team has over 30 years of experience overseeing or developing projects, with financial and engineering accountability, in both the public and private sectors.

While we take great pride in the capabilities of our experienced staff, we are also able to boast about our significant contingent of young people who work in our engineering and corporate finance departments. Through our support of Ontario Universities, we have been able to attract exceptional young talent.

Our young engineers are responsible for developing and implementing our state of the art software that provides real time monitoring of our heating and cooling systems. Further, they are studying and experimenting with bio fuels as part of Enwave's commitment to reduce our environmental footprint. These engineers are the backbone of our Energy Services business in which we work directly with customers to find operating efficiencies within their respective buildings.

Finally, our finance team has extensive experience with commodities trading and pricing, financial analysis, cost accounting and audit. This knowledgebase underpins our continued financial success and our ability to provide our customers with the lowest priced heating and cooling in the marketplace. From a project development perspective, our in-house expertise allows us to accurately and quickly assess the economic viability of new projects to ensure that they live up to our commitment to the triple bottom line.
